GLBC 2022 Legislative Internship Program

The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC) is looking for the next generation of leaders to serve as interns for the 2022 legislative session. Be sure to complete the application process in its entirety to include a cover letter, a short essay, and a current resume.
The deadline for submission is Friday, December 31st, 2021, at 11:00 PM EST. 
The GLBC Internship Program allows interns to use their thought leadership and passion to pursue public policies that address the challenges many Georgians are facing. By working alongside GLBC members, interns receive firsthand experience in the legislative process, building strategic relationships, and the power of advocacy.

The Georgia Legislative Black Caucus (GLBC) represents 68 members who serve in the Georgia General Assembly. Established in 1975, the GLBC has sought to protect the general welfare of African Americans, other people of color, and disadvantaged citizens of Georgia in matters of health and welfare, education, social and criminal justice, employment, and economic empowerment.
