Updates and events from your neighborhood.

Hello Waltherson,

It has been a fast year & an honor being your President.  We have accomplished so many goals in helping not only Waltherson as a whole but helping many individuals.  So many people have given much of their time & energy to help bring beauty, peace, unity & awareness to our community. Together we have what it takes to continue to make our neighborhood(s) a success.
The Waltherson Board terms are for one year but can be held for up to 3 years as President.  My husband retired last month, therefore he & I want to enjoy doing so many things in our bucket list.  I will remain a proud member of Waltherson, but would prefer to be elected as one of the Vice Presidents.  I can stay abreast of things but not have the full responsibility of being President. I have a passion for certain segments within Waltherson, which usually involves talking & interacting with others.  I encourage each of you to get involved in ANY capacity.  It doesn't have to be a heavy commitment, just something that allows you to stay involved & help keep the balance needed in all neighborhoods.

Thank you for electing me as your President; I look forward to continuing to be of service for many years to come.

Blessings,

Helene Quinn

Our next public meeting will be February 11. See you there!
The Walther Gardens annual Tree Lighting will be Saturday, December 7 from 5-7 pm. Come shop, visit Santa, enjoy hot cocoa, and sing carols with your neighbors.
The Mayor's Fall Clean-up project was at Biddison Family Cemetery on October 26. Thank you to all the volunteers who helped clean-up this piece of Waltherson's history.
