Whether you are working in a frontline role, or managing and supporting public library employees, everyone faces workplace demands. The OLS has partnered with CAMH to provide educational sessions on addressing workplace mental health.
Participants will explore practices to help shift their mindset to one that protects their mental wellbeing while also strengthening their ability to adapt to workplace demands. This is not about removing stress, but rather changing how we view, process, and respond to it.

CELA is pleased to announce the winter schedule of free webinars for library staff, offered in English and French. Participants will learn how they can connect their library patrons with print disabilities to CELA’s collection of alternate formats and accessible reading technologies. CELA has additionally developed learning paths with suggested webinars and videos to offer professional development resources relating to accessibility in libraries.
