Most of the people receiving this mailing live within the both the old and new area of RD38. However, western portions of the old RD38 area are now assigned to RD41. Please check your voter registration status and your Representative District at https://ivote.de.gov/VoterView.
If you expect you might be able to attend the Caucus, please register ASAP, so that your residence and party status can be checked in advance of the meeting. There is no penalty for registering and then not attending
