President's Message
DRMA extends our deepest sympathies to:
  • Triangle Precision Industries and the Schriml family on the passing of Jerry Schriml. Jerry was a past trustee of DRMA.
  • The Dupps Company and the Dupps family on the recent passing of Frank Dupps Sr.
The teacher of the Robotics & Automation program at Miami Valley Career Technology Center told me he has 4 high school seniors ready to work in manufacturing. Click here for info on their skills and how to get their contact info.

OMA, NAM, and JobsOhio are sending me regular updates on information and developments specifically affecting manufacturers.  If you would like to receive these updates, forwarded by DRMA staff, please reply to “opt in.”

DRMA doesn’t usually get involved in promoting members’ products and services; however, I think it’s important to pass on members’ offer to help other members specifically related to the COVID-19 situation. Click here to see a list of the offers I’ve received or to get your company on this list.

We still have a few tee times available for our Golf Championship on June 1.This always-popular outing benefits the DRMA Foundation, which pays all our expenses related to DRMA’s workforce initiatives. Contact Melisa for more details.

You know that you can get a HUGE discount off your workers’ comp premium by being part of a group. Do you know that you have to pay dues to the organization that sponsors the group?  And since you already pay dues to DRMA, why not get a quote for the DRMA workers’ comp group?  Contact Shay who will connect you with CareWorks Comp, the administrator of our group. They will get you a no-obligation quote.

Congratulations to the following DRMA member: Paradigm Industrial on their recent acquisition of Vulcan Tool Company.
