After you book, please take a minute to double-check on your email receipt that the amount of rooms, bathrooms, and add-on options are correct, in order to avoid confusion or unwanted price hikes on the day of.

Our cleaners aren't allowed to process changes and customer requests other than the job we assigned them. For privacy reasons, our cleaners aren't allowed to give their personal number nor communicate directly with customers. All requests have to be made directly through management by text or call to (808)707-3004.
If your house wasn't cleaned for more than 2 months, we require a deep-clean extra fee. If pets live in the house, we also require an extra fee. Regular & deep-cleans do not include window cleaning, doing laundry, nor making beds. If desired, please make sure to select these add-ons at the bottom of your booking page.
If you need to update or cancel your order, please give us a call at (808) 707-3004 at least 48hrs in advance to avoid extra fees.
