Get the most out of your cleaning.


This email is packed with all the info you will need to work with us. Write to us anytime at or schedule a call back if you have any questions.

Due to the current health crisis, and to protect both you and our cleaners; all our cleanings are now CONTACTLESS. Please leave the door unlocked, or leave the key hidden close by and text us a picture of its location with your full name and address at (808) 707-3004. We will send you a text notification when the cleaning is done and we will lock the unit as we leave.

No one should be in the house when our cleaners arrive and during the entire time they are on-site, or our cleaners are required to refuse service and charge cancellation fees. Please make sure to have your phone with you if our cleaners have trouble accessing the unit.

Double-check your estimate.


After you book, please take a minute to double-check on your email receipt that the amount of rooms, bathrooms, and add-on options are correct, in order to avoid confusion or unwanted price hikes on the day of.

Our cleaners aren't allowed to process changes and customer requests other than the job we assigned them. For privacy reasons, our cleaners aren't allowed to give their personal number nor communicate directly with customers. All requests have to be made directly through management by text or call to (808)707-3004.

If your house wasn't cleaned for more than 2 months, we require a deep-clean extra fee. If pets live in the house, we also require an extra fee. Regular & deep-cleans do not include window cleaning, doing laundry, nor making beds. If desired, please make sure to select these add-ons at the bottom of your booking page.

If you need to update or cancel your order, please give us a call at (808) 707-3004 at least 48hrs in advance to avoid extra fees.

Clear all surfaces you want cleaned

Because of liabilities, our cleaners aren't allowed to move your objects and furniture around. Also be sure to discard anything broken or dangerous, or notify us in advance by text (808)707-3004.

Did you book a deep clean or move-out add-on?

We only clean cabinets, drawers, and kitchen appliances that are completely empty. We require you to take apart fixtures and complex fridge drawers, or we can do it, but without liability if they break.

No-one will be allowed in the house

To reduce contact risks, no one (and no pet) should be there while we clean. Please leave the unit unlocked, or leave the key at a designated spot. We'll lock & text you when we leave.

Did you book a bed-making or laundry add-on?

To reduce risks of cross-contamination, we require that dirty laundry and linen be packed in sealed garbage bags. Please have your sets of fresh sheets ready by the beds you want us to make.

Notify us if anyone has been sick

To protect our cleaners and other customers, please notify us at least 48hrs in advance if anyone in the home has been potentially contagious; so we can take extra precautions with enhanced PPE.

Did you book a window cleaning add-on?

Please take apart all screens before the cleaning, or we can do it, but without liability if they brake. We don't use tall ladders, and we need all windows to be safely accessible with a stepstool (max. height 9ft).

Need to change anything or cancel altogether?

You can contact us at or (808)707-3004 and we'll be happy to help! We require 48hrs advance notice to change or cancel a cleaning, or fees may apply.

Something has not been cleaned to your liking?

We are proud of our services and we want you to be satisfied at all times. If we missed something or didn't do it right; please text us pictures immediately at (808) 707-3004, including your full name, address, and description of the issue, and we will send a cleaner to fix it within 24hrs.
