The holidays are now behind us and we are back to work this morning, doing some bit of cleaning ourselves as we bond through conversations of how each person spent the holidays. Later this morning, we shall commence our retreat for the year to keep the team inspired and updated on our goals for the year.

Empower your team on emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, functioning in a team, and essentials of business networking.
Module 5: Business Development
Every team member should have a sense of duty in helping to grow the revenue of the company. They would need essential skills in negotiation, presentation, proposal writing, social media management, marketing, and sales, to make it happen.
