SBU Giving Day
On Wednesday, April 21st, Stony Brook University will be hosting their 3rd annual “Giving Day.”  Giving Day is a 24 hour fundraising drive which goes towards supporting students, faculty, staff, research, and to also help advance Stony Brook Medicine’s mission to provide the highest quality healthcare. 

Your support to any area on the Stony Brook Campus will be greatly appreciated!

A portrait photographer from Thornton Studio will be on campus for your formal regalia portraits and professional headshots. There is no sitting fee and proofs will be viewable online!

What's New in Dining

  • Craft Salads such as Chicken Ranch Grain Bowl and Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad have been added to the grab and go at the Emporium at East Side and the Market at West Side.
  • New desserts have been added to East Side and West Side dine-in such as blondies, brownies, yellow cake and cornbread.
  • Pizza is available at East Side for lunch on Friday and dinner on Sunday and at West Side for lunch on Sunday and dinner on Thursday.
  • Campus Dining has reworked the West Side Grill station to assist with social distancing and added Chicken Tenders to the Plantiful station 
  • Market at West Side has added new grocery items including Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Hunt’s Pudding Packs, Vlasic Pickles, Frank’s Red Hot Wing Sauce, and Green Giant Vegetables.
