Body Presence and Contemplative Awareness - BioSpiritual Focusing
Day of Presence

Saturday, September 10th
9:30AM - 2:15PM ET on Zoom

Discover a deeper awareness of healing and wisdom accessible to each of us through our bodies. During this day we'll establish BioSpiritual Focusing’s place in Body Awareness Practice and then progressively and experientially introduce participants to the focusing concepts which will conclude with a demonstration and discussion of Focusing. Participants will be invited to welcome and hold their feelings with curiosity and loving care in order to achieve integration into greater wholeness. The day provides the necessary foundations to pursue further practice and study of BioSpiritual Focusing.

This retreat is limited to 30 participants. Requested registration fee $25.00.

Feedback from past retreat participants:

"It was clear that intention and prayer went into the format. The topic was a much needed adjunct for my spiritual progress The outline, handouts, video, experiences and demonstration all enhanced the successful integration of the process of BioSpiritual Focusing for me."

"I appreciated learning these beneficial exercises that will aid us to greater healing and integration. Having these specific steps outlined, guided, and modeled for us will significantly assist us and many others on our spiritual journey."

"Great pace between teaching and experiential good resources and the context of each given; good clarification of use as a companion vs. a psychotherapist."

"It was powerful and deeply emotionally for me."

"I enjoyed that you kept it small for personal interaction. The examples of the practice was wonderful. I learned a lot and gained a lot of tools moving forward. Very much looking forward to doing companion focusing."
