I've also included a link for a 4-day work-week experiment piloted by Microsoft Japan. I firmly believe that the 40-hour/week grind isn't doing developers any favours, and it's nice to see big tech companies like Microsoft are proving that fewer hours "on the clock" results in happier workers and increased productivity. Boom!
