During the COVID-19 crisis, we’ve learned much about what we cannot do. We cannot go to our favorite restaurants and stores, we cannot attend events, we cannot go see our friends and family as we normally do. And, at absolutely! focus media, we cannot publish magazines monthly or bi-monthly as we normally do.

Second Mile is a Fort Bend institution. For 30 years, they have served as Fort Bend’s primary food bank garnering assistance not only from the community, but from the Houston Food Bank. Today, amidst the COVID-19 crisis, their pantries are not full. Typically, they assist 125 families in need of food daily; on April 14, 2020, they provided food to nearly 900 families.
