The Center for Health Equity Transformation (CHET) aims to provide you with timely updates and resources regarding COVID-19. It is very important to practice social distancing at this time and it can save lives, but we also recognize that social distancing can worsen existing inequities and cause feelings of social isolation. We have compiled a list of COVID-19 updates, resources, webinars, and other items below for your reference. Please take the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and stay healthy!

Five things to help stop the spread of coronavirus
The World Health Organization is advising people to follow five simple steps to help prevent the spread of COVID-19:
🧼 1. Wash your hands
💪 2. Cough/sneeze into your elbow
🤦🏻♀️ 3. Don't touch your face
📏 4. Stay more than 3ft (1m) away from others
🏡 5. Stay home if you feel sick

Our Founder/Director Melissa Simon, MD, MPH was chosen as a 2020 Faculty Mentor of the Year.
