The Atlantic Canada Harmonica Festival is the only festival of its kind in Eastern Canada. It's a celebration of the harmonica and all who play it, regardless of musical preference or style. If you have ever thought about playing the harmonica, this is the place to start. If you played one in the past and it's now gathering dust, we'll inspire you to start again! If you're a regular player, it's the perfect opportunity to jam or share a tune with other professional and amateur performers.
Plus there's an Evening Showcase, with some of the best harmonica players around!
A Day Pass ($24) or Festival Pass ($55) will get you into the events and includes your meal(s). General Memory Lane Admission ($8) includes the Jam sessions and Listening Classes. Or, just come in the evening for dinner ($17) and the Showcase ($13) and enjoy good food and live music with friends.

Thank You All For Your Support!
The Solar panels are finally up on the maintenance shed, just outside the museum grounds and don't they look pretty up there! With huge thanks to the many folks from far and near who contributed to our campaign, we have successfully raised the full $29,000 that we needed to make this dream a reality. We couldn't be more thrilled!
We're still waiting for a few more pieces to arrive before the solar panels are fully hooked up and producing energy, but things are moving along nicely and the vast majority of the energy efficiency upgrades have been completed.
This included changing all the bulbs and fixtures throughout the Village to high efficiency LED bulbs. The old baseboards in the upstairs offices of the Store were replaced with a heat pump, and a number of other Cookhouse upgrades were also completed, including a new hot water heater for the Cookhouse.
And don't worry! None of these changes impact the visitor experience, since all the new LED bulbs in the village are styled after the old incandescent bulbs. You can barely tell the difference! Take a peek at the panels and all the upgrades next time you're around, and stay tuned for a Solar Powered Museum Open House in the fall!
