Can you believe that Thanksgiving is less than a month away? It’s been an interesting year, and will surely be an interesting holiday season. One thing that's looking different this year is the way consumers shop for the holidays. COVID-19 has brought a surge in online shopping, including online grocery shopping. For many, buying groceries online has become the norm - our research shows that only 20% of online grocery shoppers will return to brick-and-mortar-only buying when the pandemic is over

In our most recent survey, 56% of consumers said they’ll be doing at least some of their Thanksgiving grocery shopping online this year, with 25% saying they’ll order all of their Thanksgiving groceries online. CONNECTED SAMPLING WITH QR CODES
 
We partnered with Brandshare to help Reckitt Benckiser drive more online orders. Mucinex tissue packs were mailed out, featuring information about Mucinex Nightshift and a QR code where recipients could watch the latest Mucinex TV spot, as well as place Walmart eCommerce orders. The result? Nearly 15,000 products in online shopping carts! The campaign was recently featured in Mobile Marketer.
