NYS CDFIs are Hiring for 2022!

Inclusiv - NYC
Data Analyst - Inclusiv is seeking an enthusiastic, mission-oriented Data Analyst to join our team and support Inclusiv’s work to leverage data to measure and report on the impact of community development credit unions (CDCUs) in their communities. The Data Analyst will report to the CDFI Director and work closely with Inclusiv’s Senior Research Consultant to manage the CDFI data reporting services that Inclusiv provides to its member credit unions. On an annual basis, Inclusiv provides CDFI data reporting services to over 150 CDCUs representing over 1 million loans in low-income communities across the US and growing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized project manager, have experience managing large data sets, and be committed to Inclusiv’s mission to advance financial inclusion in low-income communities.
Leviticus Fund - Tarrytown

Senior Investment Officer – Are you a strategic thinker who is committed to racial equity and treating your colleagues – and the communities you serve – with respect?  Are you looking for a role that aligns with your values and offers the opportunity to rise in a growing organization as you acquire new skills? The Leviticus Fund is looking for a Senior Investment Officer to originate and underwrite loans supporting projects that improve the lives of vulnerable people in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We provide flexible capital, expertise, and advocacy to build more equitable communities. We need someone to join our team of committed, adaptable, entrepreneurial, creative, and flexible problem-solvers.

SpringBank - Bronx

Senior Associate Consumer Loan Program –  Spring Bank, a mission-based bank based in the South Bronx, is seeking a passionate and motivated individual for the bank’s award-winning consumer loan program. This new position, Senior Associate, will help grow the bank’s consumer finance program which includes a wide range of lending and ancillary programs that support underserved communities. This role encompasses development of new consumer loan business and managing existing programs to growth and profitability through physical and digital channels. Successful candidates will have a deep understanding of low-to-moderate income communities and be able to create financial solutions that address their needs. Knowledge of the CDFI industry and community development a plus.

TruFund - NYC

TruFund Financial Services, Inc. (TruFund) is a minority-led nonprofit small business lender with a mission to help historically disadvantaged individuals and communities create thriving and resilient small businesses and entrepreneurial ecosystems in order to close racial and economic disparities and ensure an inclusive and equitable society. 

Manager, Grant Writing and Reporting – Reporting to the Vice President, Resource Development, the Manager’s primary responsibilities are creating grant solicitation materials and grant reports for government, corporate and private foundation funders.

Director of Impact & Evaluation - The collection, analysis and reporting of data is a major strategic component of our impact measurement and program evaluation and learning.  TruFund Financial Services seeks a Director of Impact Measurement, Evaluation and Learning who will develop and oversee the evaluation of TruFund’s strategy, investments and programs through proven data collection and analysis methodologies. 

Marketing & Communications Manager - Reporting to the Vice President (VP) of Corporate Communications, the Marketing & Communications Manager will  be responsible for executing advertising, public relations,  communication and social media activities  to support TruFund’s communications processes.  

Accompany Capital - NYC

Senior Loan Officer – Accompany Capital (formerly The Business Center for New Americans) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that creates a pathway to self-sufficiency for immigrant and refugee entrepreneurs in New York City by providing access to affordable credit, empowering them with financial education, and offering training in best business practices and technology. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Loan Officer to be located in our Jackson Heights, Queens or Downtown Manhattan locations. Reporting to the Chief Lending Officer in the Manhattan office, this senior level position has primary responsibility for larger loans up to $75,000, including promotion, analysis, loan packaging, underwriting, loan servicing and required reporting.
