AAF NOW

Amundsen Athletics Foundation is looking forward to the new school year and ready to support Amundsen High School Athletics!

As we prepare for this school year, we reflect upon our previous year and give a heartfelt thank you to former AHS Athletic Director, Adrian Jackson. He was instrumental in helping establish the foundation, always a tremendous source of support and most importantly an advocate and a light for all the Amundsen student athletes.

A special thank you to Friends of Amundsen, the Local School Council and the AHS Administration for all their support as we launched and officially established as a foundation in November of 2021.

Thank you parents, coaches, volunteers, donors and Allies who helped make our first year a huge success. With everyone’s support AAF helped raise over $100,000 for the Amundsen Athletics program in 2021-2022. AAF also worked with the AHS counselors and the Administration to establish a student athlete scholarship fund and awarded 4 $1000 Scholarship to 4 student athletes.

We are very excited to see what we can accomplish together in this coming new school year!
