Give the lasting gift of fine art.

Please, no pajamas or ties this Christmas!  This holiday season The Alley Cat Gallery will be promoting the fine art of fine art gift-giving.

Something for Forever

"This holiday season give the lasting gift of fine art!"  We at The Alley Cat Gallery are excited to be the newest ambassadors of the creative arts in the region, and a primary focus of ours during November and December will be to encourage our
clientele to break their routines and gift the wonderful works of our artists to their friends and family.  What better way to express love to one another than to give something from the heart that was created from the heart of a talented artist!

Alley Cat Gallery Opens

The Alley Cat Gallery officially opened its doors at 103 East Main Street in Baldwyn on October 3rd with a ribbon cutting and open house ceremony.  The event was attended by a host of area business and community leaders as well as some of the gallery's featured artists.  (Photo/Jason Collum)

Our SPECTACULAR SMALLS Holiday Event will begin on Thursday, November 7th, one week prior to Baldwyn’s Christmas Open House, and continue through the end of the year.  “Spectacular Smalls,” a program created by Alley Cat manager Daphne Taylor, will be a collection of framed and unframed art from participating artists – generally, small projects, pieces or sketches priced at $100 or less – specifically designed to attract newer and younger collectors.  The grouping within the gallery will be made up of currently consigned pieces which already meet the criteria along with newly provided works.  Daphne will begin collecting and organizing these items on Thursday, October 31 (or before) for any gallery artists wanting to participate in this event.  We believe this program will work well through the holiday season, inspiring growth in the client base for both the gallery and its artists.
