Lite Bites for the Summer!
Summertime is my favorite time of the year! The sun and the colorful seasonal foods always bring a smile to my face. With the temperature climbing and so many beautiful foods at my fingertips, I make it a point to eat lighter and brighter. Upping my veggie intake, while checking my portion size, is a great way to feel and look great, while beating the heat.

One of my favorite weeknight meals is my Blackened Cauliflower Steaks. The flavors of my custom Blackening Seasoning Blend and the texture of the seared cauliflower gives me everything I need, and I don't feel like I'm missing a thing!

I know what you're thinking...salads can be repetitive and boring. But, this isn't your regular old salad!

My Thai Peanut Salad is a tangy and sweet protein-packed power bowl. Flavorful and light, it's perfect for a quick lunch or as a side. Now you've got something to do with that last bit of peanut butter in the jar!

Got a need to feed your fried chicken craving? Do it with a healthy twist!

My Crispy Oven Fried Chicken Sandwich gives you all the flavor with less of the fat. Swap out the classic breading for Panko breadcrumbs and skip the oil for an oven fry. This is a recipe the whole family will enjoy!
