Self Care, Right In Your Own Kitchen!
If you've been following me on social media, you know that I've been taking some time away to focus on what's most important to me. Well along with my family, my wellness is at the top of that list!

During my down time, I was able to really dive into my self care routine and I got to do some of the things that usually take a back seat. Yep! A bit of R&R and now I'm feeling fresh and renewed! The best part is that my version of R&R is just as affordable as it is edible. Take a sip of my Tropical Carrot Smoothie for glowing skin, and then take a look around your kitchen, because you've got everything you need to feed your body and your soul!

If you're like me and you do a lot of standing, walking, or running around, your feet are probably begging for some TLC. One thing I think you could use is a nice, warm Pink Himalayan Salt Foot Soak.

All you need are a couple scoops of Pink Himalayan salt and a tub of warm water to soak all the day's aches and pains away!
If you're feeling tired, worn out, or just plain stressed, chances are your face is showing it. Give your skin some relief with that plain Greek yogurt you have in the fridge!

The lactic acid in a Greek Yogurt Face Mask can help with mild skin irritations like bug bites, acne, and sun burn, but it can also help prevent signs of aging!
