“For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.” Hebrews 3:4

August 9, 2021

Dear Friends in Christ,

Grace and peace to you in the name of the Triune God: Our Refuge, Cornerstone, and Builder!

I am the church! You are the church! We are the church together!  Many of you probably know this beloved church song from your childhood as I do. Some of you probably know it goes on to say, “The church is not a building… The church is the people!” So true! And yet, we know our church building is part of what allows our ministry to be so vibrant and impactful!

Our physical space is important. It’s what allows us to gather together, be nourished, and then sent back out into the world with good news!

Our campus suffered significant damage during the February winter storm. We experienced damage to the CDC, Sanctuary, and Parlor on the main level as well as the Choir and Youth Rooms on the lower level and the exterior elevator. Click HERE to read the original message with detailed information.

We need your help in accomplishing our goal for our ministry in the years ahead!
Help us Rebuild + Return + Restore!
In addition to the $485,000 we received from our insurance policy, our Rebuilding Task Force estimates we will need an additional $100,000 of financial support from the congregation. These special gifts should be above and beyond your General Offering so that we aren’t “robbing Peter to pay Paul.”
