Looking back at 2022 So many amazing things happened in 2022!
Here is a brief overview:
Welcomed Melinda Vahradian in Feb as our new Board Member
Hired Marlene Flores in March for the new role of Executive Assistant
Hired 33 new staff throughout the year
Held at least 1 training per month with additional online trainings available
Re-Introduced the Mobile Behavior Program which supports staff with on-site training as needed
Completed our very first Impact Report for the year 2021
Received a rate increase for the first time in over 10 years from SARC
Increased Respite pay from $15.50 to $18 for all in-home respite staff
Held a fun and successful Golf Tournament
It is with great excitement to announce that after a long 2 years, we were finally able to secure a site for our beloved Kid Quest Program! We are currently open 3 days a week and excited to welcome our participants back!
Kid Quest is an all-inclusive friendship group that is devoted to bringing unique experiences to children with unique needs. We believe it is essential for children with unique needs to participate in the activities of their choosing--from rock climbing to art class--to integrate into pre-existing mainstream recreational programs and to learn social skills with same age peers, through shared experiences.

2022 Teacher Grants
Our Teacher Grant's closed October 31st. With donations like yours, we were able to fund $19,172 dollars out of the $25, 277 that was requested.
Kent, our amazing project manager, has been busy delivering the items to all the classrooms! It is such a wonderful feeling to be able grant these much needed items around the County. We would not be able to have this program without your support!
