Dear Family and Friends,

The seasons are changing - both the leaves and our schedules. Autumn always seems like a busy time of the year - farmers are in harvest, children are in school, work seems busier than ever, etc. The busyness of life can be so overwhelming that at times we barely feel as if we can catch our breath. And then things start slipping...maybe its our workouts, cleaning the house, meal preparation for the week, or even our daily devotionals. I just wanted to remind you that you are unconditionally loved by God; He is not angry if you miss a daily devotional, so don't ever beat yourself up. You are a child of God. One who is made in His image. He is always with you. He is proud of you. He takes joy in you. And He eagerly desires to continue to spend time with you. I just wanted to remind you how loved you really are:) God bless!

Update on Me

Just a little update on me... I am continuing my work with AT3 and Refuge Church, attending Sioux Falls Seminary, volunteering in the community, and trying to seek the next steps in life - trusting that God will show me where to go!

I am absolutely loving my classes! To remind you all, I am pursing my masters in Marriage and Family therapy. I am currently in a theories class and a foundations class. The foundations class is really self reflective; we have been studying our concept of God, our personal timeline, our personality type, and our family history. For those of you who know me, you know that I am all about digging deep and diving in. I can't wait to keep studying!

Volunteering in the community has allowed me to build connections with teenage girls that I otherwise would not have connected with. It is amazing to get to know each one, but it definitely takes time. Please be praying for the fostering of these friendships.

Those are just a couple of snippets, but I do ask that you be praying that I continue to seek God in everything I do:)

AT3 Share
Thank you so much for your continued prayers as members of the AT3 team travel to universities all across the states sharing what AT3 is all about! In saying this, I recognize that we are still in the midst of recruiting season:) And tomorrow, I travel to Chicago to be one of the representatives for AT3 at the Moody Missions Conference; please be praying for safe travels and fruitful meetings.

Above, is a recent design that I created for AT3's social media; I thought you might enjoy seeing some of my work! If you want to see more, check out; we just launched our new website (I played a major role in the design of it)!

Ministry Story

I have the amazing opportunity to mentor a few local teenage girls; I am so excited! We will be digging into the book above, which "outlines the lessons we can take from the valor of Esther, the hope of Hannah, the audacity of Rahab, and the faith of Mary. In broadening each woman’s individual story, Shannon offers us a deeper understanding of each, and wisdom and insights that can transform our own lives today." Please be praying for us as we dig into this study - recognizing the strength and wisdom of the women in the Bible so that we can apply these teachings to our own modern experiences.
Please feel free to reach out to me anytime that you would like; I love hearing from my team and would love to know how I can be praying for you! Thank you again for your continued prayers and support! Sending love and God bless!
