Holy Week and Easter Sunday Services

As noted in last week's News & Notes, here are the times for this week's services:

Maundy Thursday Service: Tonight at 7:30 pm, in the Sanctuary & live streamed
Good Friday: Scripture Readings and Prayers, 12 - 12:30 pm in the Sanctuary
Easter Sunday Worship: 8:30 am in the Sanctuary AND 10 am in the Sanctuary. The 10 am service will be live-streamed on YouTube. You can also watch the service on Sunday afternoon by visiting the church’s website.

We believe the 10 am service will be the most popular, so please consider the 8:30 AM service if at all possible. The first 50 people to arrive at either service will be seated in the Sanctuary. There will be an overflow room for the 10 am service where the service will be live-streamed.

Please refer to last week's issue of News & Notes for the general worship options and guidelines. They pertain to Easter Sunday, as well as all other Sundays for the foreseeable future.

Congratulations Reverend Lois!

Congratulations to Pastor Nancy on the arrival of her first grandchild! At least one week of her upcoming vacation will be spent helping to care for the new baby. Conor Gregory was born on March 30 at 7 lbs 3 oz.

Pastor Nancy will be on vacation / retreat & education leave for a total of 3 weeks starting April 6 and returning April 27. Rev. Dr. Betsey Mauro will fill the pulpit on April 11th & 18th and Dennis McCann will fill in on April 25th. The church office will be open during regular hours: Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 3 pm.

Bible Study on April 7th

While Pastor Nancy is away, Kim Kennedy and Susan James will lead the weekly Bible Study. Next Wednesday, the topic will be Faithful Through Failure. If you plan to participate next Wednesday, please visit this link prior to the meeting to hear the audio, watch the video, read the scripture, and review the lesson questions. A reminder email, including Zoom login information, will be sent to all regular participants next Tuesday.

Sunday School Continues on Zoom

Sunday School will continue to be offered at 10 am on Zoom only. At this time, there is no date set for returning to in-person Sunday School. Please contact Johanna Tessman with any questions or concerns. If you would like to receive the Zoom login information for Sunday School, please ask Chris Foley to add you to the list.

Current Office Hours

Rev. Nancy Lois, and our administrative assistant, Chris Foley, have office hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-3PM. Our pastor is available to meet with you or visit you at your convenience at other times during the week. She also checks church voicemail and email daily Tuesday through Sunday. Monday is her day off.
