Winner of the 2022-2023 Mini Grant

We are thrilled to support Northwest ISD as the winners of our 2022-2023 Mini Grant Challenge! Northwest ISD has been working diligently to provide follow up services and resources for students with poorly controlled asthma. This coming school year, Rebekkah Dellaccio-Bazley, MBA, BSN, RN and Rachel Rivera, FNP, will be rolling out an Asthma 411 outreach program that aims to provide education and further testing for students who need it the most. We congratulate them on their past and future achievements!
