When you speak, do you treat it like a performance? What if you did?
Think back to any performance you've done or seen - a play, a stand-up comedian, a street musician. These performers:
- dress the part
- prepare (even improvisational actors practice techniques)
- leave the listener with an impression, a message, or a feeling
Here's how I put it into practice
- I dress in my pink and red brand colors or in bold, bright, Badass patterns
- I rehearse what to say, try different versions, and hone my improv skills
- I aim to be memorable
When you speak, treat it like a performance:
Dress the part, prepare for it, and have a lasting impact
I dare you to try it - at least once in the next week... tell me about it.
I'll be waiting with a standing ovation :)
Stay Badass,
Chief Badass Anna A Kaufman
