Old Banknotes and Coins

Did you know that there are billions of £ in old notes and coins still in circulation after they stopped being legal tender?
I wonder how many of us are keeping some for a rainy day in the hope they may be worth more?
Old £5 and £10 notes have already been withdrawn and £20 and £50 notes will not be able to be used after 30th September 2022. If you have any of these notes and wish to exchange them you can do so at the Bank of England for face value.
Start checking down the back of the chairs now, you could find a small fortune.

Magic Little Grants Fund 2022

LocalGiving has just launched this annual scheme for small grants. If you would like to apply then please look at the website which details all the projects this supports.
