An update

Eglosyow Morek Kernow
Cornwall's Maritime Churches
I just wanted to give you an update from the Cornwall’s Maritime Churches project.

During this difficult time and in response to government recommendations, we are postponing all events which require physical contact, until further notice. The safety of our volunteers and staff are our priority.

Yet knowing that accessing history, art & culture online can positively help health and well-being, we would love to have your input in the rest of our project - and only in ways that can be achieved from the comfort of your armchair!

And if you can't give your time, but would like to escape in our beautiful interactive website, we will be busy populating our online presence with stories, poetry, photos and film over the upcoming months.

Virtual events during the coronavirus outbreak
With this in mind, we would like to offer you the opportunity to tune in to some future virtual events. Dr David Gange has offered to provide a self-help virtual writing class and a live reading of his book ‘A Frayed Atlantic Edge’, Dr Jo Esra will be delivering an online version of her floating lecture talk ‘Roseland’s Maritime history’ and Victoria Jenner will be delivering a live broadcast about the art and architecture of our ten churches.

We will then publish the continuation of our physical events as soon as we can.
