August is already over and soon also the summer, which didn't turn out as we all had hoped for. This means that it is time to enjoy the last few days together and therefore, after a year's break, we cordially invite you to our Rosa Summerfest this Sunday!

If we may then briefly review the summer, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for this year's Pride! We are very happy that we were able to organise again a physical Pride Week despite the restrictions and that it was received so positively by all of you. And even if not everything went according to plan, which is difficult when everything keeps changing, we are very happy about the positive feedback and are already looking forward to the Luxembourg Pride 2022 edition, which, as you all know, is an official part of the European Capital of Culture program regarding Esch2022. But this also means that we need even more support in the organisation! Are you interested in volunteering behind the scenes to make Pride 2022 a success? Then get in touch with us!

For the rest, it's finally time for us to hold our General Assembly this year. It will take place on 16.09 at 19.00 in the Centre Culturel Bonnevoie in Luxembourg City. You are all cordially invited!

Enjoy reading and best regards,
the board of Rosa Lëtzebuerg

Rosa Lëtzebuerg has been working on this project for over a year now, with the strong support of the Nation Branding Department of the Luxembourg Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs: however, after last year's Cologne Pride was cancelled due to corona, the project was finally made up for this year.

The idea was not only to visit the sister city of our host city Esch-sur-Alzette like every year, but also to support the organisers in realising an attractive Pride in order to draw even more attention to this year's motto "For Human Rights! Many. Together. Strong. At the same time, we also wanted to send out a first invitation to Luxembourg Pride 2022 as an official partner of the European Capital of Culture Esch2022 with our own truck.

Last Sunday was the day! Despite the very wet weather, many thousands of people met around the Rhine to attend this parade. We would like to thank all those involved, including the representatives of the city of Esch Pim Knaff and Dominique Vitali, as well as DJ José Sanchez and Thibault Milan from the Bear Dukes, Mr. Bear Luxembourg Paul Feitler and many dear friends who helped to make this an unforgettable experience.

Open Call: share your memory with us!

This year our association celebrates its 25th birthday. Due to Covid19, we will be celebrating later this year with a Séance Académique. For this occasion, we would like to invite our members to share their experiences and stories about our organisation in order to document the history of Rosa. Especially the founding years would be of great interest to us, but later periods are also very welcome.

Do you have pictures, videos or objects that you associate with Rosa Lëtzebuerg? Or would you even like to contribute in the form of interviews or as a member of the working group? Then we would be very happy to hear from you! Just contact us at
