As a crazy heatwave sweeps through the Pacific Northwest and into Canada, and as #FreeBritney and Bennifer 2.0 re-emerge from the depths of tabloid-era pop culture phenomena, we're just excited for a long weekend of wine and whimsy.

So whether you’re heading to the beach, firing up the backyard BBQ, or kicking back to watch the fireworks, we’ve got your Made in the USA sparkling wines teed up to invoke Independence Day celebrations. Here are 9 Domestic Sparklers to Light Up Your 4th. 🎉
 01   Pool Rules
No Fine Print Lil Fizz NV
California 🇺🇸 | | $17.00

This is your slightly fizzy, frizzante-style of bubbly for those looking for a softer and totally crushable sparkling white wine derived from California Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay with a touch of Pinot Noir. The producers describe this one as lightning in a bottle, but we prefer to think of it as the bottle rockets we used to launch from the driveway when no one was looking. Sneaky good fun in a bottlecap or can.   7.7
 02   Sauvage Garden
Gruet Sauvage Sparkling Rosé
New Mexico 🇺🇸 | | $22.99

Channel a high-desert sunset with this New Mexico sparkling rosé of Pinot Noir. Renowned for their traditional method bubbly, the sparkling wine gurus at Gruet have unleashed their wild side with this zero-dosage, dry sparkler. Brimming with moussey bubbles and wild red berry fruits, this is another easy drinker that will go down well as an aperitif or with light picnic dishes. So, kickback and pour a glass of this refreshing, cool desert-evening breeze.   7.8
 03   Patriot Games
Barboursville Brut Cuvée 1814
Virginia 🇺🇸 | | $25.00

Better known for its place in history than kicking out wines, you might be surprised to find Virginia offers a plethora of both. This Blanc de Noir is a collaboration with the winery’s Italian founders’ estate in Oltrepò Pavese, Italy. The traditional method bubbly is composed entirely of Pinot Noir and spends 36 months on the lees. Dry and crisp with notes of crunchy apples, almonds and toasty bread, the wine takes its name from the year Thomas Jefferson designed the historic landmark mansion which sits on the winery’s Barboursville property today.   7.9
 04   Cali Champs
Louis Pommery Brut Rosé NV
California 🇺🇸 | | $29.99

Introduced to the US market in 1857 and via a 75,000 liter vat at the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis (that’s the equivalent of 100,000 bottles of bubs!), Champagne Pommery operates both from Champagne and California, and this California sparkling Brut showcases the Champagne house’s expertise with each glass poured. The onion skin colored beauty is bursting with red berries and citrus, zippy acidity and fizz, and with a definitive hint of pastry. This is a perfect pre-dinner aperitif, just don’t be surprised if one glass turns into two.   7.9
 05   Willamette Dammit
2017 Sokol Blosser Bluebird Cuvee
Oregon 🇺🇸 | | $19.99

One of the OGs in the Willamette Valley, Sokol Blosser has recently begun its traditional method bubbly program after successfully kicking things off with this Bluebird Cuvée.  A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Early Muscat, Muller-Thurgau and Riesling, it’s a light and easy sipper with refreshing acidity and notes of apple cider, citrus and toast. Stuck in the midst of a summer heatwave? This is the one to cool you down.   7.9
 06   101 Billboard
Laetitia Brut Cuvée NV
California 🇺🇸 | | $28.99

Made with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Blanc, this fresh house sparkler from Central California's Arroyo Grande is as easy and welcoming as lemon pie. The brand's billboard off the 101 FWY just north of Santa Maria is impossible to miss, and if you're looking to try local wines in the area, this non-vintage mainstay continues to deliver. Bakery aromas with a noticeable toffee note, this is a fun and reliable domestic sparkler to add to the rotation.   7.9
 07   Girls Girls Girls
Une Femme 'The Callie' Brut Rosé NV
California 🇺🇸 | | $27.00

Girl power. Sam Sheehan of Poe and Ultraviolet Wines makes this Sonoma-sparkler for Une Femme Wines – a female led company focusing on female-made Champagnes and sparkling wines. This Charmat-style bubbly (made the same way as the ever-popular Prosecco) is fruity, creamy and has surprising notes of brioche. Super yummy and drinkable, The Callie is sold in full bottles or one-glass-pour 187s with a portion of all sales going to the Dress for Success non-profit, empowering women to achieve independence.   8.1
 08   Splurge Alert
2014 J Vineyards Blanc de Blancs
California 🇺🇸 | | $80.00

Get your romance on with this vintage, Champagne-method bubbler. The 100% Chardonnay spent five years on the lees which made for a creamy, brioche-laden sparkling wine. The rich and bready goodness is then driven round the mouth by the soft bubbles and racy acidity. Pair with fresh-shucked oysters, grilled lobster or butter dripping crab legs, and let the fireworks commence.  8.4
 09   Empire State of Mind
2013 Ravines Blanc de Blancs
New York 🇺🇸 | | $39.95

French-educated, Finger Lakes winemaker Morten Hallgren shows off his Champagne-method expertise year-over-year with the extended aging and hands-on dedication he lends to each vintage bottling. The 2013 100% Chardonnay spent seven years in the bottle prior to disgorgement and release. This exercise of patience is certainly rewarded as this is another showstopper. It’s also an insane value at just under $40. It’s crisp and complex with apples, citrus, spice and minerality and will have you singing along with Alicia Keys, “Let’s hear it for New York, New York, New York.”   8.5
