As of this month, the SEC has asked SEC-registered investment adviser to create and deliver a CRS Form similar to the ADV Part 1 and Part 2. Copper Harbor Investment Advisors has recently updated its CRS Form Relationship Summary (also called ADV Part 3) that summarizes information about the firm in an easy to read format. The latest updates are required to be provided to clients and any interested parties for their review.
