Trends HR Pros Should be Aware of in 2021

There have been a lot of changes in the US over the last twelve months. A new administration in the White House. The challenges faced through the COVID-19 pandemic. A shift toward remote work. Many of these changes have impacted the way we live, work and move through the world. We’re here to focus on the work. With so many changes, HR pros have lots do and anticipate in 2021.

That’s why JEDCO and the Jefferson Chamber of Commerce teamed up to bring you a Prosper Jefferson webinar on Human Resources. Our experts will cover anticipatory changes in employment law under the new U.S. administration and trends that should be on every HR professional’s radar. Join Patti Pannell (Gotcha Covered HR) and Andrew Baer (Fisher Phillips) on Wednesday, February 24th, at 10:00 am.

Does your business have a COVID-19 Testing Program Plan?

As businesses continue to reopen and bring back their staff, questions will arise to prepare for COVID-19 testing in the workplace. Should testing be free of charge? Who in your business will be responsible for administering this process? Do you need to create a separate physical space for testing? What to do if an employee tests positive? In an article from SHRM, employers will also have to consider whether workers need to be paid for the time associated with collecting the specimen and waiting for results. Gotcha Covered HR Consultants are ready to guide you in this process.
