How do you TREAT your employees?

Did you know that 63% of employees expect at least one expanded benefit, including supplemental insurance or telemedicine options, in the coming year? Or that ~50% say the pandemic is incentive to spend more time making their benefits selections.

October has us thinking about benefits.  Open Enrollment, the onset of flu season, the mental stress of impending holidays, and now COVID-19, all remind employees how much they use their benefits. But while employees may be looking for expanded benefits, many employers are experiencing cost constraints.

How can employers provide benefits that treat employees without the tricky financial impact?

Gotcha Covered HR experts work with your business to find best-practice solutions that meet your needs. Below are a few TREATS for you and your workplace!
How can we help?

Treat Yourself to Worksite Wellness

TREAT yourself to a mental health moment!  When is the last time you ate lunch without your phone?  Do you find yourself feeling that you never disconnect from work?  These and other important wellness questions are addressed here!

If you missed this excellent webinar on Worksite Wellness with LiveWell Jefferson, featuring Gotcha Covered HR Co-Founder Stefanie Allweiss, JD as a panelist, you can still watch the recording here.

Employee Assistance Programs

You might have this TREAT in your benefits and not even know it!

While 85% of businesses over 500 employees offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), EAPs are typically utilized by fewer than 10% of employees.  EAPs can help employees address mental wellness, personal, financial, and legal questions.

Tap into this incredible health resource, and communicate with employees!

Outside the Box Benefits

Now is the time to implement Outside-The-Box benefits and solutions for your employees.  This might include reimbursing employees for equipment in their remote workspace.

If you're seeing strain on working parents, consider benefits that help employees juggle the stresses of working and parenting during COVID-19.

Do these benefits feel too expensive?  Consider that the cost of losing an employee can range from 30% (entry level) to 400% (high-level or highly specialized) of an employee's annual salary.
