While 85% of businesses over 500 employees offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs), EAPs are typically utilized by fewer than 10% of employees.  EAPs can help employees address mental wellness, personal, financial, and legal questions.

Outside the Box Benefits

Now is the time to implement Outside-The-Box benefits and solutions for your employees.  This might include reimbursing employees for equipment in their remote workspace.
