A new year brings with it great opportunity for reflection and change. Today, PartnerSource is happy to announce the launch of the PartnerSource VISION: 2020.

"We believe innovation will drive improvements to the care of injured workers and create better business for Texas employers. Successful innovation requires a willingness to reflect and evolve. As PartnerSource, we commit to reflecting on our experiences as individuals, as a company, and as leaders in our industry in an effort to create innovative concepts and make a positive difference."

This is more than a new year’s resolution: It’s about putting a lens on innovation that we believe will help shape the next decade of Texas injury benefit plans for employees and businesses. For more than 25 years, PartnerSource has seen things differently. Through a careful process of candid reflection, we commit to recognizing opportunities to move forward in new ways that benefit both employers and employees. And now it’s time we help others see our vision, too.

Innovation starts with each and every one of us. This year, look for opportunities to learn, grow, network and create with us. We commit to recognizing our strengths and opportunities through reflection, sharing best practices, seizing the chance to learn new skills, and creating connections. Together, we can advance the industry – that’s something we see clearly.

Here’s to a great 2020, and a guiding vision to begin a new decade.
