Guided Hike Suggestions

The French Pyrenees

Rugged, deep, and rivaling the Alps in grandeur and terrain, the Pyrenees mountain ranges will beguile you with their wild, wind-swept summits, steep trails and lush valleys. This trip has a little bit of everything, from rolling hills and gentle summits to the high mountains of the Haute Pyrenees. Prepare to be awestruck as you step out of your mountain hut and descend past massive rock walls and enormous waterfalls.

Eiger Trail

High, glaciated peaks and vertical rock walls ascend thousands of feet above tumbling waterfalls, pristine valleys, and meadows on this perfect hiking tour. You'll love crossing airy mountain ridges and overnighting in a simple mountain hut. The topography ramps up considerably throughout the tour and the culmination is eye-popping views over Europe’s most famous mountains (the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau to name a few).

Self-Guided Adventures

Julian Alps

Bordering Italy, Austria, Croatia and the Adriatic Sea, Slovenia and the Julian Alps beckons with dominating mountains, sun-drenched seaboards, alluring villages and a captivating culture. Triglav, Slovenia’s tallest peak, reigns supreme, and delights hikers with an elevation change of more than 9,000 feet from mountain to sea. This trip features a mix of inns, alpine huts and hotels. The hiking is moderate, but the views are over the top.

Bavarian Tyrol

Beginning in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, you’ll hike counterclockwise, a complete circumnavigation of Germany’s highest peak, the Zugspitze. Your adventure begins by hopping on a cog wheel train into the Wetterstein mountain range. You’ll find yourself mesmerized with spire-shaped limestone peaks like the Sonnenspitze. We’ve hand-selected a nice collection of mountain huts (for lunch) and hotels (for sleeping) on this trip.

Our self-guided tours are perfect for travelers who prefer to venture out on their own.

A private guided hiking tour is a handcrafted adventure, tailored and built around your needs.

Tell us what you would like to experience, when you’d like to go, and we’ll do the rest.
