UniChurch : Christianity Explored

In February, Unichurch ran a Christianity Explored course across four summers' afternoons. Over the course, there was much enthusiasm for unpacking Mark's gospel and seeing who Jesus was, what he did, and why he did it, and lots of questions were raised.

Those attending included some who were exploring faith, some new to following Jesus, and some long-time Unichurchers wanting a fresh look at Jesus' life. In the final week, the group looked at Jesus' compelling call to repent and believe in him; to come, die, and live again.

Do pray for those that attended as they think through what they have heard and continue exploring Jesus at Unichurch and beyond.

CMS Summer Focus

Last Saturday, guest speaker, Dr Dan Cole from Trinity Theological College, gave three talks from the book of Isaiah and was a wonderful encouragement and challenge to us all. One of our Gospel Partners spoke about her life on mission, coming in the traditional clothing of her mission country and even taught us a few words in the language of that country. The kid's program included fun games and finding out about missions in different parts of the world. There was also a teens' program, part of which was attended by our Gospel Partner, sharing about her experiences. All in all, a rich day of bible teaching, hearty singing, good fellowship, good food and coffee. Highly recommended for all ages, do prayerfully consider attending next year, if you missed it!

Volunteer/s Needed : Chair Exercises

We are seeking volunteers with technical audio experience or teachable capacity to assist on a Friday morning with the audio and video set up for the Chair Exercises group.
