The Train-ASD free e-learning courses will be available by September 2020
On July 9, TRAIN-ASD partners and professionals met virtually on a virtual seminar aiming at training trainers from Romania and Greece. Project Coordinator Professor Christine Syriopoulou introduced the Train-ASD project, and George Papapanagiotou and Maria Karavelaki from Intelearn explained the features and functionalities of the digital lessons, the e-book and the questionnaire. The platform will be officially launched by September 2020, stay tuned!
Online Roundtable between Train-ASD and the ASD-EAST project
On June 12, partners from Train-ASD and the ASD-EAST project met to share experiences, learn from each other and discuss ways maximize each projects impact. Both EU project focuses on designing and delivering autistic-specific training for teachers in collaboration with parents and other actors.

Significant distinction for Train-ASD in the field of Digital Education at Education Leaders Awards 2020
On June 29th it was announced that the Train-ASD project won the Gold Award at the Education Leaders Awards 2020 in the field of Digital Education. The Education Leaders Awards is a yearly competition for projects who carry out best practices in education in Greece.

Train-ASD promotes "I can learn. I can work." campaign for World Autism Awareness Day

On World Autism Awareness Day (April 2), partners of the Train-ASD project joined Autism-Europe’s two-year awareness raising campaign, “I can learn. I can work” to promote access to education and employment for people on the autism spectrum.
