The Satarla Newsletter - February 2020

Welcome to our February Satarla Newsletter:
Risk Perspectives and Predictions

This month we continue with the theme instigated in January:  Risk Perspectives.  We view this through the lens of a selection of the many risk prediction reports released in the last month - each of which gives its own opinion as to what might impact on our world in the next year.

Our life sciences team led by Dr Michael Malone and mining team led by myself, highlight some key risks to keep an eye out for, and Mike Lutomski, Norman Gridley, Keiran Doyle (some of our newest Associates) share their thoughts on what risk management means to them.  Satarla Australia Director Gareth Byatt takes a look at how culture influences risk management and results.

Enjoy.

Organisations with a less favourable company culture tend to propagate fear, making it difficult for employees to challenge objectives leading to less robust decision making.
