We are even more excited about the opportunity to offer quality STEM, and Literacy educational enrichment, using music as the spark to ignite their creativity and increase their interest in learning.

TRANSPORTATION
VERY IMPORTANT!!
AFTER SCHOOL PROGAM SCHOOL NOTIFICATION
For students using BBTMusic Van Pool Transportation from school to the program...PARENTS MUST contact the BBTMusic office at 781-479-8327 no later than 10:00 am if your child/ren is absent from school or will not be attending the program for that particular day/s so that BBTMusic Transportation can be notified not to pick them up!!!.
ABSENTEE
If your child is absent PARENTS MUST call the school at 781-479-8327 no later than 10:00 AM to let us know your child is not coming to the program.
SNACKS
HEALTHY SNACK:
Although healthy snacks are provided for your child - We strongly suggest healthy, non-sugary snacks and water are included in their backpacks.
Their days are long and they are often hungry by the time they arrive at the After School Program. Please do not send food that must be heated.
EARLY PICKUP
EARLY PICKUP: We understand sometimes it's necessary for rents to pick up before 5:00 pm. However, the arrival of parents ahead of time without notice can be disruptive to the child and the teachers. We are often away from the building, or they are engaged in group projects which they would like to complete. Please try to pick up your child (ren) between 5:00-5:20.
If your children have any planned activities and need to leave the program before 5:00 p.m. please let us know before time, so we can notify the teachers.
LATE PICK UP
LATE Pick Up: FOR PARENTS!!
If your child is picked up late, (after 5:35 p.m.) you need to call us ahead of time to inform us. You will be charged $ 1.00 per minute for every minute you are late. beyond that time.
If we are unable to reach you or a contact person listed on the contact form after 30 minutes beyond the closing time, 5:30 p.m. PLEASE KNOW - We are mandated to call the LYNN POLICE who will notify DCF and they will pick up your child. Again, we close at 5:30 pm. Please try to pick up your child (ren) at the designated time.

1. In case of bad weather, and we have to close, we will notify you in advance, before the end of the school day, so you will have the opportunity to arrange for transportation and care.
2. Also, If schools are closed due to inclement weather, BBTMusic may be open depending on travel conditions and parking restrictions. We will provide an email blast in the morning before 8:00 a.m. and a phone message will remain on our office phone with updated information.
3. When Lynn Public Schools are closed for holidays, professional days, etc. We are closed as well since we work based primarily on the Lynn Public Schools schedule.
NUT FREE PROGRAM
Please note we have students with TREE NUT allergies. DO NOT send any food that contains nuts to the program.
