General Council (GC) 44 Youth Program: Congratulations to Elleena (from Courtice), Ellia (from Lindsay), Jess (from Blackstock), Olivia (from Bowmanville) and Stephon (from Oshawa) who are representing the East Central Ontario Regional Council as General Council 44 youth summer interns. Nick (from Port Perry) is their co-ordinator for the summer and he is working under the leadership of The GO project and General Council Office staff. They have started their orientation, training and reviewing of GC44 documents. They will take part in the next phase of the GC 44 online meetings in July and then spend time exploring one of the 4 passion streams of Anti-Racism and Inclusion, Indigenous Justice, Gender and 2SLGBTQIA+ Justice and Climate Justice. Please keep them in your prayers during the summer as they take on this important work.
