FY 21 TVSSA Formula Program invitees are encouraged to attend this webinar for information about the budget development portion of the application. The webinar will:
- Provide an overview of developing the budget for the FY21 TVSSA Formula Program application
- Identify tools and resources to facilitate the application process
There will be time for live questions and answers at the end of the webinar, each registrant will have an opportunity to submit questions during registration.

Jenny Mills, JD, serves as a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Specialist for the Tribal Financial Management Center (TFMC). Jenny has extensive experience working with Indigenous communities, having previously lived and worked in rural Alaska and western New York. Jenny’s background is in criminal law, family law/ICWA, and victim services, with a particular focus on crimes against children. Jenny has years of experience writing, implementing, and managing state, local, and federal awards in child advocacy centers as well as working with adult victims of sexual assault and domestic violence. Jenny currently resides in Buffalo, NY with her books and cats.

Kristene Moore serves as a Financial Specialist for the Tribal Financial Management Center (TFMC). Kristene brings extensive experience navigating the financial requirements of grant funding from federal, state, and local government, as well as private sponsors. Kristene has years of experience managing DOJ/OJP grant funds on the grantee side. Kristene is committed to social justice, equity, and inclusion and is passionate about using her advanced knowledge and experience to help build capacity in underserved and underfunded communities. Kristene has a Bachelors of Science in Financial Economics and lives a short distance from New York City in Long Island, NY.
