Dear Neighbors, 

 
Widespread Comcast service issues are currently affecting a number of City offices, including our 40th Ward office.

As a result of the outage, our phones are offline and forwarding to voicemail. We will access our voicemail and begin returning calls as soon as we are able, but in the interim we strongly encourage reaching out via email at info@40thward.org

For City services, the 311 system is also available via phone, online at 311.chicago.gov, and the CHI 311 mobile app.

Thank you for your patience, and we will continue providing the best service we can throughout this disruption!
