February 11th: Oceano wines will be featured during the cocktail hour prior to The Supper Club’s Valentine’s Soirée at American Cut Tribeca. This New York City staple is consistently found on Best Steakhouse lists. The Supper Club puts on one-of-a-kind themed dinners at some of the most sought-after dining venues in the United States.
February 15th: Oceano will be one of 44 Sonoma “micro-wineries” featured at the Garagiste Festival—Sonoma at the Sonoma Veterans Memorial Hall. Garagiste tastings showcase wineries that produce fewer than 1,500 cases making it possible for wine lovers to sample top-notch offerings that are often difficult to find. Oceano supporters are eligible for discounted tickets.
February 17th: I will be conducting blending trials with Oceano winemaker, Marbue Marke, at Italics Winegrowers in Napa.
February 20th: Women of the Vines & Spirits, a group that helps empower women involved in the wine and spirits industry, will be holding its Regional Event at Todd English at the Plaza where Oceano will be poured for attendees.
March 9th-11th: I’ll be attending Women of the Vines & Spirits Global Symposium at the Meritage Resort & Spa in Napa. Topics of discussion include career development, leadership and mentorship.
March 16th-18th: Oceano Wines will be featured as a “Women-Owned Pop-Up Shop” at the 2020 WBENC Summit & Salute at Nashville’s famed Gaylord Opryland Resort. The Women’s Business Enterprise National Council is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the United States and a leading advocate for women business owners and entrepreneurs.
March 28th-29th: I will be pouring Oceano at the Palm Desert Food + Wine Festival Grand Tasting (the 28th) and will be speaking about Spanish Springs Vineyard as part of a panel discussion about the history of the San Luis Obispo wine region (the 29th).
