When you've conducted a technical audit, there are bound to be lots of issues that need to be resolved. 

Not every technical issue you come across is a priority. 

When I come across this, I use a RAG system (Red, Amber, Green), and I weigh up each issue based on their likely impact on SEO, how important it is to the business (and how much resolving it will likely contribute to conversions), as well as looking at the current optimisation level or the difficulty of implementing the change.

Using this matrix helps me determine priority and makes it clear to my clients why I have prioritised some items over others. 

This extra transparency goes a long way in building confidence and trust.
