  • Discuss License plate reading equipment & benefits for Entrance
  • Neighborhood watch??

WHOA has a yearly dues fee of $120.  There is a $20 discount if paid by April 30 of the given year.  You can pay by check or Paypal.  The website has a link for the Pay-pal account.  Checks can be mailed to the WHOA's PO box.  If you are unsure of your balance, please feel free to reach out to us via the HOA email -

This past year there was a couple of instances where homeowner's wanted camera footage reviewed in order to try to identify a car that may have been related to suspicious activity.  Our camera systems have done a great job to help identify vehicles that have caused damage to the entrance.  However, they are not equipped to get clear pictures of license plates.  License plate cameras will be on the agenda for this years meeting and we would love to hear your feed back about adding them to the entrance.

Spring is just around the corner  It is getting close to time for our bi-annual yard sale.  In order to give everyone enough time to plan, the neighborhood has a set fixed date.  The Spring Sale is the first Saturday in May.  We will have signs made and posted at the front entrance as well as update our Facebook account.

Last year we wanted to do something that brought the the neighbors together.  We had an Ice Cream Social along with a dandy Jumper.  The Ice Cream went over well on a hot day and we were able to put a few faces with the names.  The younger kids really enjoyed the dandy jumper as well.

This year we wanted to do something that may have a larger involvement.  Every year a few neighbors get together for fireworks with a lot of families enjoying the evening show.  We thought it would be a good idea to incorporate that event with a "Block party".  The idea is for the HOA to provide hamburger, hot dogs and ice cream as well as several dandy jumpers in hopes of bringing everyone out earlier and getting to know our neighbors.
