It’s a time for quiet reflection as we say farewell and thank you to Her Majesty, our Queen, Elizabeth II.
Her life of service embodied grace, equanimity and dignity. Her personal qualities of kindness and resilience will be an enduring inspiration to all those who love her. She will forever be a part of the United Kingdom’s soul and her global legacy will endure forever.
Thank you so much your Majesty. In the words of Shakespeare's Hamlet and as quoted by King Charles III during his address to the nation - “May flights of Angels sing thee to thy rest”. Beautiful words for a beautiful human being who will be so greatly missed.
