New Staff Member!
It is with great pleasure that I share, Pa Dao Yang (she/her/hers) has joined the Department of Multicultural Life staff as the Assistant Director for Student Support and Success.

Pa Dao comes to us from Normandale Community College where she served as the Student Life Equity Coordinator and directed their Diversity Center. She earned her bachelor's degree in Sociology and received her Masters degree in Leadership from Augsburg University. Pa Dao has worked for three different college campuses in Minnesota over the past 9 years, where she has recruited underrepresented students, coordinated mentoring programs, advised first year students holistically, and supported undocumented/DACA students and other marginalized students in an equitable manner.

Please join us in welcoming Pa Dao to our DML and Macalester family.
