Award Nominations
We invite all students, faculty, and staff to submit nominations for our two annual awards: the Outstanding Sophomore Student of Color and the Senior Latina Award for Excellence. Know a student who has demonstrated leadership? A senior Latina student who is stellar in research?

In the nomination process, we are looking for demonstrated leadership, academic excellence, and impact the student has had through formal and/or informal capacity. We ask nominators to provide a detailed description and examples in the nomination forms below.

Submissions will be accepted until March 12 at 11:59 pm.
BIPOC Body Movement Classes

Movement classes are offered in partnership with the Hamre Center and Department of Multicultural Life. These classes are led by BIPOC instructors and are intended for students who identify as BIPOC ( Black, Indigenous, and/or People of Color). It is meant to be a space for community, mindfulness, and mental well-being.
Sign up for the Hamre Center's e-newsletter to learn more about the important work our colleagues are doing.
