Stories about the food we don't eat...

Welcome to the new look 'one-stop shop' for food waste information in Australia. We will continue to share the latest in research, programs, activities, and successes from across Australia and the world as well as the activities of the newly formed partnership called Stop Food Waste Australia where the Fight Food Waste CRC is a founding partner.
It is with great excitement that we promote the fabulous founding partners of Stop Food Waste Australia. We are all leaders in our particular field, jurisdiction, or sector of the supply chain - and now that we are working together as Stop Food Waste Australia, we bring together the brightest minds to ensure Australia not only reduces its food waste by half by 2030 but that we aim for an Australia WITHOUT food waste.

The team would like to acknowledge the previous work of FIAL in creating the Roadmap for reducing Australia's food waste by half by 2030 which we will endeavour to deliver.
