Chairman of the Board of Supervisors Curt Hagman stated, “As we recover from the Covid-19 pandemic we need proven leaders who are ready to represent the people and lead from day one. Jesse Armendarez has proven he is ready to lead from day one. As a small businessman, he understands what it takes to create a vibrant and thriving local economy and as the former Mayor Pro Tem of one of the largest cities in the county, he knows the needs of the community and what it will take to get results. He has my support and endorsement.”
Supervisor and retired Marine Corps Colonel Paul Cook followed, “Jesse truly cares about addressing homelessness and finding a path forward for those most vulnerable members of our society.
