San Bernardino County Professional Firefighters Association Endorses Jesse Armendarez for County Supervisor
Firefighters Join Growing List of Public Safety Endorsements
 

Fontana, CA - Today, small businessman and former Fontana Mayor Pro Tem, Jesse Armendarez announced he has earned the support of the San Bernardino County Professional Firefighters Association IAFF Local 935. 
 

In a written letter, Jim Grigoli, President of the San Bernardino County Firefighters Association, stated, “[f]irefighters applaud your many years of effective community service and your strong record of support for public safety. During your service as a City Councilmember and School Board Trustee, you have made a real difference in improving the quality of life for Fontana Families. You will bring this same problem-solving leadership to the San Bernardino County Board of Supervisors.”
 

“Our firefighters put their lives on the line to protect our community and I am proud to have their support,” Armendarez stated. “I am committed to expanding firefighting services in our county to reduce emergency response times, increase community safety and improve our quality of life.”
 

Armendarez formerly served as a member of the Fontana City Council and Mayor Pro Tem of the city, a trustee of the Fontana Unified School District and as a director of the Chaffey College Foundation.
